Support Girls' Voices!

Rose is a 13 year old Tohono O'odham girl from Guvo, Arizona, where she has access to very little resources, and school is miles away. In the Tohono O'odham tribe in Southern Arizona, 50% of girls do not finish high school.

Rose wants to be the first member of her family to graduate high school. She dreams of becoming a baker and owning her own business. School is very important to her because her parents never finished high school. She sees them struggling to make ends meet and provide for their family. Rose says: "I don't want to struggle later on in life how my parents are struggling right now."

Rose created a video about her mother's hopes for her education. She wants to make her family proud, and inspire other girls like her. Please visit her page at GreaterGood and help fundraise to support Rose's education!

NAAF supports GreaterGood.org and their fundraising project to empower young women.
